Who We Are
At DecoKraft, we specialize in the production of handmade chocolates, cakes and pastries. Over the years, interaction with thousands of clients over the years has lead to our world-famous chocolate recipe which has gained popularity in many homes in African and beyond. We have come to see the need to encourage the consumption of chocolate and cocoa products with a belief that a healthy people make a healthy nation. In light of this, our aim is to provide our cherished customers with delicious and healthy chocolates at all times, using the world’s best cocoa beans – those grown in Ghana, our home country.
Our products range includes, Chocolate Bars (with three major variants – Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate with Plantain Chips), Cocoa Powder, Baking Chocolate, Chocolate Pebbles and an ever growing portfolio of product offerings.
While we grow the chocolate department of the business through the Kabi Brand, we continually stay true to our roots in cake making – Making some of the most iconic cake pieces for weddings, engagement and other of ceremonies.
What Is Kabi?
In Twi, a Ghanaian language, Kabi means “to take a bite.”
Ghanaians have a rich and positive cultural heritage, therefore when we receive a bar of chocolate, we don’t eat it all by themselves; instead, we share or pass it around for everyone to taste. This depicts Ghanaians’ warm and caring character. Because it is believed that “sharing is caring,” having everyone in the room take a bite and feel the chocolate represents friendship and a good heart.
